5 Year Limited Warranty

 

For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, Overland Eagle warrants to the original purchaser that The Eagle product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage:

During the warranty period, Overland Eagle will, at its discretion, replace any defective parts of The Eagle product without charge to you for parts. However, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us for replacement.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or negligence.
• Damage caused by acts of nature such as storms or winds.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the product.
• Damage resulting from modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Overland Eagle or its authorized representatives.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please reach out to us within the warranty period. We will make every effort to respond to your claim within 10 business days.

Proof of Purchase:

To be eligible for warranty service, you must have purchased The Eagle product directly from Overland Eagle or an authorized dealer. Please retain your proof of purchase and provide it with any warranty claims.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover products that have been purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers.
